Job Description
Semrush is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Channel Partnerships to lead and manage a channel team while driving regional partner strategy, co-selling, and partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across EMEA and APAC. The role is based in Dallas, TX with an onsite schedule.
Role Overview
In this position, you will build and scale partner performance through a data-driven operating model, recruit and enable high-value channel partners across EMEA and APAC, and collaborate cross-functionally to support co-selling and seamless partner experiences. You will also serve as an escalation point for strategic partners and maintain forecasting accuracy using Salesforce and partner management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Managers, ensuring pipeline and revenue goals are met and exceeded.
- Create a high-velocity, data-driven partner management culture using clear KPIs tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development focused on partner management, co-selling, and strategic relationship-building.
- Oversee continuous training so the team maintains deep product knowledge and supports partners through their sales cycles.
- Own the regional channel strategy for EMEA and APAC, guiding partner recruitment, enablement, and scaling.
- Identify and launch new partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market initiatives to expand revenue opportunities.
- Design metric-driven activity models to improve predictability and consistency in partner performance.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable co-selling, co-marketing, and smooth partner experiences.
- Act as the escalation point for strategic partners, helping remove roadblocks and support major opportunities identified by the team.
- Monitor and report partner team activity, partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and pipeline generation on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Produce accurate, timely regional forecasts and maintain operational rigor in Salesforce and partner management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SFDC, PRM/partner portals, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience in the IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing ecosystem, particularly with agencies or consultancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading teams to exceed partner pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly metric-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- SaaS or MarTech experience strongly preferred.
- Travel is recommended but not required.

Compensation
USD 207,000 - 275,000 per year.
