Restore My Roof Pros is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales of our roof restoration system in the Dallas market. This onsite role emphasizes opening doors, guiding a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue within an exclusive, protected territory.

Responsibilities

  • A proven 45-minute sales presentation that carries the close, with your primary duty being to open doors and lead conversations toward a decision.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in roofing, solar, or direct sales leadership.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and managing door-to-door teams.
  • Understanding of the challenges to access homes in a saturated insurance-claim roofing model, and readiness to lead with a product that eliminates common objections.
