Job Description

Regional Sales Manager for Industrial Ventilation Systems, onsite in Dallas, TX, responsible for building and expanding a multi-state dealer and distributor network across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, with a base salary up to 75,000 USD plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned multi-state territory covering Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and relationship development with dealers, distributors, contractors, manufacturer representatives, and industrial end users.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing dealer and distributor partners while uncovering opportunities for greater market reach and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales growth, optimize profitability, and support product positioning and customer development strategies.
  • Evaluate territory coverage and identify opportunities to add or enhance dealer and distributor representation within the region.
  • Conduct in-person customer visits, dealer meetings, product presentations, facility tours, and jobsite engagements across the territory.
  • Keep CRM up to date to manage pipeline, document customer interactions, and forecast sales activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, lead times, customer requirements, project opportunities, and sales support needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within industrial ventilation, dust collection, air handling, and related industrial equipment sectors.
  • Travel approximately 50-75 percent of the time, including overnight trips, to cover the region as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, technical, or industrial equipment through a dealer, distributor, manufacturer representative, or channel partner network.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth within a multi-state sales territory.
  • Experience developing new business via prospecting, relationship-building, account management, and territory development.
  • Experience managing dealer, distributor, manufacturer representative, or channel partner relationships.
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to discuss technical or industrial product applications with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico about 50-75% of the time.
