Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Americas Sales Development Representatives, providing ongoing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Implement sales development strategies and processes to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and overall team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure aligned goals and smooth lead handoffs.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, delivering insights to leadership and stakeholders across the Americas.
- Provide regular coaching and training to enhance skills and productivity of the SDR team.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales development, lead management, and leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments to ensure clear communication and aligned objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports continuous improvement and high performance.
Requirements
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.
- Proven coaching experience with a track record of developing team members.
- High emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills, empathy, and motivation.
- Excellent teamwork, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across multiple departments and geographies.
