Job Description

This entry-level Sales Development Representative role, based in Scottsdale, AZ, focuses on prospecting, engaging C-suite contacts, and booking qualified appointments for Account Executives within a B2B SaaS environment. It offers a base salary in the USD 40,000 to 60,000 range with uncapped commissions, for an on-target earnings (OTE) of 60,000 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision makers and engage C-suite contacts to introduce the software and book appointments for the Account Executive teams.
  • Proactively contact prospective clients via phone, email, and video messaging.
  • Conduct thorough fact finding to ensure each appointment is well qualified.
  • Work toward weekly KPIs and monthly targets, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to daily activities and performance, pursuing opportunities for personal and professional development.
