Sales Director
Job Description
As a Sales Director at Integra Partners, you will lead efforts to grow our payer client base and build a robust pipeline with health plans. This remote role oversees end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to revenue forecasting, to support aggressive growth in the DMEPOS space. The position carries a salary of USD 150,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in business development or sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic sales plans to achieve near- and long-term objectives, driving sustained new-business growth
- Lead the creation of new strategic partnerships and own all stages of the sales lifecycle with support from Business Development and Senior Leadership
- Stay informed on market and industry trends, competitors, and leading strategies to drive ongoing marketplace evolution
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Leverage existing relationships to generate business development opportunities
- Conduct well-prepared in-person and/or virtual meetings with key decision makers to promote Integra’s DMEPOS management solutions
- Support the data team’s analysis of prospects’ data to identify trends and opportunities that inform proposals
- Partner with and maintain prompt, ongoing communication with the Business Development and Senior Leadership teams
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contractual options, healthcare economics, and competitors’ practices with the ability to grasp clinical and business concepts
- Travel as required, up to 50% during Spring and Fall conference seasons
Requirements
- 3-5 / 5-8 years of relevant business development or sales experience
- Strong consultative selling background with the ability to build relationships, persuade, and influence key decision makers
- Knowledge of the Payer/Managed Care landscape and sales cycle
- Knowledge of network management and benefit management concepts
- Experience in the DMEPOS industry is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism in a corporate setting
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team focus
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering service excellence
- Strong leadership, decision-making abilities, and sound business judgment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- High integrity in handling confidential information
- Understanding of client relationship management

- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
