Senior Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Drive deal generation and negotiate with content partners across FAST, AVOD, and Curated Channels.
• Develop and implement acquisition roadmaps aligned with current content needs.
• Oversee contract redlines and collaborate with Legal throughout negotiations.
• Analyze performance data to extract best practices and share insights with partner teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct deal negotiations and content licensing.
• Strong relationships with major studios and content providers.
• Expertise in contract negotiations, including minimum guarantees and license fees.
• Deep understanding of partnership valuation and content windowing.
• Ability to leverage data to inform business decisions and drive new initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and 3 years of experience in business development, market development, product development, or a related area, or 5 years of experience in these areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales.
• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
