Job Description
Senior Sales Manager for C SEED Entertainment Systems GmbH in Miami, FL 33134 onsite, overseeing US market sales growth with a compensation range of USD 80,000 - 120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain a proactive hunter approach focused on opening new doors and expanding market reach
- Oversee and expand key accounts, building long-term strategic client relationships
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Advise clients on AV solutions tailored to technical and commercial requirements
- Continuously prospect, assess customer needs, close deals, and drive repeat business
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft custom solutions and compelling proposals
- Coordinate with HQ and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports
- Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and industry events
- Stay current on market trends, competitors, and emerging AV technologies
Requirements
- Track record in selling Audio Visual, technology, or luxury solutions
- Strong hunter mindset with proven relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently
- Willingness to travel
