Salary: USD 200,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Begin each day focused on the success of customers and your team.
- Maintain a heavy field presence with frequent travel to meet team members, clients and colleagues; work from home or various US offices as needed.
- Operate with independence within your region while staying closely aligned with the senior director on critical priorities.
- Lead commercial opportunity reviews and apply disciplined SPANCO sales process management in the region.
- Actively coach and develop the talented individuals on your team.
- Represent the Surgical Robotics operating unit in your region and participate as a member of the regional management team.
- Engage with surgeon teams and key opinion leaders to identify opportunities for expanding robotic assisted surgery; partner with budget-holders and hospital executives to develop business cases and total cost of ownership comparisons, including cost per procedure analyses.
- Structure and develop presentations, pitches, proposals, and contracts.
- Serve as lead negotiator in complex deals and finalize meaningful contracts.
- Celebrate successful outcomes and maintain momentum in business development.
- Travel 50-75% as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of capital sales experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 3 years of people leadership; or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of healthcare capital sales experience and at least 2 years of leadership.
- Must reside within the West Region (California, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas) and be near a major airport in the region.
- Travel 50-75% as needed.
