Business Development Specialist-Outside
Job Description
Outside sales position in Landover, MD focused on developing new B2B accounts, managing the full sales lifecycle, and promoting Aim Transportation Solutions' service lines. This onsite role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, plus a car allowance and cell phone stipend, and requires residence near Landover, MD. Salary ranges from USD 60,000 to 120,000 per year; minimum experience is 2 years in outside sales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure and ongoing client relationships.
- Identify and pursue B2B prospects to build new accounts and drive sales across Aim Transportation’s Full-Service Lease Programs, Maintenance, and Rental product lines.
- Maintain B2B accounts with daily objectives, including cold calling and area canvassing.
- actively manage a sales pipeline, track leads, and generate proposals for various contractual product lines.
- Conduct daily or weekly sales calls, prepare proposals, secure contracts, onboard new accounts, and grow existing portfolios.
- Develop and present sales proposals for all contractual product lines, including full-service truck leasing.
- The role requires the candidate to reside in close proximity to Landover, MD.
