Commercial Roofing Business Development Representative for National Roof Co in the Nashville and Murfreesboro markets, onsite in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, and multi‑family management groups.
• Identify and pursue commercial roofing opportunities across the Nashville and Murfreesboro regions.
• Develop referral partnerships with insurance professionals, real estate specialists, and industry contacts.
• Represent National Roof Co at industry events, property management associations, and networking opportunities.
• Generate opportunities involving flat roofing systems, metal roofing, coatings, and multi‑family properties.
• Coordinate site inspections with NRC commercial leadership and technical teams.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Sales Director, estimators, and production teams to advance projects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up and manage relationships with prospective clients.
• Keep an organized pipeline of opportunities and follow‑ups within company systems.
• Track prospecting activities and project progress to ensure timely updates and transparency.
• Support the development of long‑term client relationships that lead to repeat commercial work.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial roofing business development, sales, or account management.
• Working knowledge of flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen), metal roofing, and roof coatings.
• Experience collaborating with multi‑family or commercial property managers.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

• Base salary $57,000-$65,000 depending on experience, plus a tiered commission structure with strong six‑figure earning potential.
• A 1099 commission‑only option is available for experienced, self‑driven professionals seeking uncapped earnings.
