Job Description
At Silverfort, you will help drive commercial growth by creating and pursuing sales opportunities with direct ownership for engaging end users. The role also includes evangelizing Silverfort’s Identity-Based Zero Trust approach and technology, bringing relevant value to customers who need practical, identity-focused security.
Work location: Dallas, TX (onsite). Experience level: 1+ years.
What you’ll do
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will run the full sales motion from first contact through close. This includes building pipeline by creating and qualifying leads, independently presenting and demoing to end customers, overseeing proofs of concept (POCs), and handling negotiation and closing.
- Execute the entire sales cycle end-to-end: create and qualify leads, independently present and demo to end customers, oversee POCs, negotiate, and close
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target end-customer accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners, working closely with the Silverfort Channel Manager to support full channel partner enablement
- Maintain accurate and diligent forecasting in SFDC by capturing, reflecting, and updating forecast information
- Partner cross-functionally with presales, product, marketing, and customer success to support overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales quota
What you bring
- 1+ years selling software to SMB end customers or cybersecurity software (required)
- Proven closing experience using MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology (required)
- Experience working collaboratively with channel partners (required)
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Coachable, open to constructive feedback
- Self-driven, proactive, results-oriented approach with a whatever-it-takes attitude
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-level executives and demoing to technical stakeholders
- Experience selling technical products for startup-stage vendors (plus)
