Job Description
Hilton is seeking a Complex Senior Sales Manager for Business Travel in San Francisco, CA (onsite) with a salary range of USD 115,000–145,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into group sales through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead-generation targets.
- Act as the primary liaison for designated market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new relationships to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
- Evaluate hotel performance and market trends to craft and execute focused business plans and marketing initiatives that drive demand and meet sales goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from proposals to site visits, negotiations, and contract finalization, tailoring terms to client needs while maximizing revenue.
- Coordinate booking details including room needs, catering, and meeting space, ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation data in the sales management system.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team by monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
