Responsibilities
- Grow the team's ability to build professional networks with referral partners in the mortgage and real estate sectors through cold outreach, in-person meetings, networking events, and disciplined follow-up.
- Direct sales coaching across multiple channels (in-person, phone, and email) to optimize outcomes while upholding high standards of integrity.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to support scalable growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.
