Job Description

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Incident Response Senior Manager to lead the incident response business development and sales from the McLean, Virginia office. This role centers on forging strategic partnerships, spotting growth opportunities, and guiding cross-capability and cross-market initiatives to advance Booz Allen’s incident response offerings. Domestic and international travel will be part of engaging with partners and clients as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the business development and sales process by engaging key stakeholders across capability and market teams, cultivating strategic partner relationships, and identifying, developing, and closing new growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative approaches, tackle complex problems across matrixed teams, provide practical solutions, and lead on large projects or programs to help Booz Allen reach its long-term goals.
  • Support marketing, thought leadership, operations, events, and logistics, with travel required domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and incident response, including strategy, building external relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic relationships across cyber insurance carriers, brokers, breach counsel, incident response retainers, and cybersecurity service providers.
  • Experience presenting and communicating to internal teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team discussions.
  • Ability to own and drive the business development process and provide longer-term account management for strategic partner accounts.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and coordinate with stakeholders across technical capabilities, market, and industry teams.
  • Ability to lead business development initiatives in a dynamic setting, work with senior leaders to foster partner relationships, identify opportunities with existing partners, and develop new intellectual capital and thought leadership.
  • Willingness to travel, including international travel, up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Compensation

Salary: USD 142,900 - 266,000 per year

Work Model

  • Remote: Some roles may offer remote work, with potential in-person requirements at Booz Allen or customer sites.
