Job Description

Patriot Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Business Development to lead indirect lending and dealer-partner initiatives, along with the business services sales program, providing strategic direction and execution across these initiatives. The role centers on outbound, growth-focused sales activities and cross-functional collaboration, while guiding vendor selection, product management, and program development to advance the credit union's mission and ensure an exceptional member experience. This onsite position is based in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Oversee indirect lending and dealer-partner programs, the business services sales program, and the strategic management and execution of these initiatives.
Lead the outbound, business-centric sales activities of the credit union.
Collaborate across multiple departments with strong communication and leadership as these programs continue to develop and grow.
Contribute to vendor selection and vendor management decisions.
Contribute to product management discussions and decisions.
Influence program development to ensure alignment with the credit union’s mission, growth objectives, and business standards while delivering an exceptional member experience for both new and existing members.

Compensation

Salary: USD 106,340 - 159,510 per year
