Director of Business Development / Marketing Representative (Personal Injury – MRI & X-Ray)
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture collaborations with Personal Injury attorneys, chiropractors, pain management clinics, and orthopedic or spine specialists
- Proactively generate referrals for MRI and X-ray services
- Conduct in-person visits, deliver presentations, and participate in networking activities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the PI ecosystem
- Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources to sustain engagement
- Track leads, conversions, and referral performance to optimize outreach
- Represent the company in a professional manner within the PI community
Requirements
- Experience in the Personal Injury field is required
- Legal-oriented experience such as case management, attorney liaison, or intake activities is acceptable
- Or experience on the medical side, including PI clinics, imaging centers, or chiropractic settings
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage an own sales pipeline

Position Overview
The organization seeks a motivated Director of Business Development and Marketing to broaden the referral network and sustain consistent patient volume. The ideal candidate has established connections in the personal injury space from a law firm, medical practice, or PI marketing background and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based with strong earning potential, supplemented by performance bonuses. There is a path to leadership based on results, with top performers able to generate substantial income through referral volume. Pay range is $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year.
