Inside Sales Manager

Old Wood Signs is hiring a full-time, in-person Inside Sales Manager in Bigfork, Montana. This role supports a growing wholesale and e-commerce operation while helping build a strong inside sales and customer experience. You can expect $20–$25/hour based on experience, paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and closed weekends, plus training and opportunities for growth in an established Montana business.

What you’ll do

• Make cold calls, follow up on warm leads, develop new accounts, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with outside sales employees and independent sales reps to help them succeed.
• Oversee customer communications, order processing, and day-to-day sales support.
• Organize and help lead inside sales and customer service activities, solve problems, and improve day-to-day operations.
• Process orders, maintain customer information, and support wholesale and e-commerce growth.
• Support practical small-business priorities, including catalog help, shipping issue resolution, purchasing, and other projects.

What you bring

• Shopify experience required.
• A real enthusiasm for sales and customer relationships.
• Strong organization, computer skills, and communication.
• Ability to operate as a self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
• Enjoyment of learning new things, solving problems, and taking responsibility.
• Leadership potential and a willingness to help others succeed.
• No college degree required.

Compensation and schedule

$20–$25 per hour depending on experience. This is a full-time, in-person position in Bigfork, MT with closed weekends.
