Job Description
Based in Miami and working on-site, this role centers on driving strategic growth across Accenture’s Microsoft business by originating, shaping, and advancing opportunities across Microsoft AI, Data, Customer Experience, Security, and Industry platforms. As a trusted advisor to clients, Microsoft leadership, and Accenture account teams, you will lead joint initiatives that align technology investments with tangible business outcomes.
The position is located in Miami, FL and offers a annual salary range of USD 136,800 to 237,600.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint growth strategies and co-sell motions with Accenture and Microsoft for assigned accounts and clients.
- Build executive relationships with Microsoft Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
- Originate opportunities that involve Microsoft technologies and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Accenture and Avanade Microsoft leadership to drive pipeline growth.
- Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
- Develop business cases and ROI narratives that tie technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Influence Microsoft leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
- Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned with Microsoft priorities.
- Enable Accenture and Microsoft field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, alliances, or consulting.
- 10+ years of experience in complex pursuit management and opportunity development.
- Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven executive relationship management skills.
