Job Description

DENPRO, Inc. is looking for an outbound business development sales representative for IT managed services, onsite in Bryans Road, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential business clients who could benefit from outsourced IT support and managed services.
  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to schedule qualified appointments and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Engage business owners, office managers, operations leads, and IT decision-makers to uncover technology needs and pain points.
  • Promote a suite of services including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, help desk support, network management, server maintenance, and backup and disaster recovery.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to move qualified opportunities into discovery meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, contacts, opportunities, and next steps in our systems.
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics, appointment-setting targets, pipeline milestones, and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Prior outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is required.

Pay

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Work Location and Travel

  • Location: Bryans Road, MD 20616 (Preferred)
  • Work setup: In person
  • Travel requirement: Up to 75% (Preferred)
