- Develop targeted sales strategies: Assess hotel performance and market trends to craft business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
- Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
- Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
