Job Description
Archer Insurance Agency in Farragut, TN (onsite) seeks a Sales Manager to lead Personal and Commercial Lines sales, build a high-performance team, and personally produce new business with uncapped commissions across both office locations, with compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 200,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Generate new Personal and Commercial Lines business through consultative selling.
- Maintain your own production while helping grow the agency's sales organization.
- Develop referral relationships and business partnerships to generate new opportunities.
- Cross-sell insurance solutions to existing clients.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop insurance producers.
- Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing sales development.
- Develop and implement documented, repeatable sales processes that support long-term team success.
- Monitor individual and team performance while supporting continuous improvement.
- Partner with agency leadership to execute long-term growth strategies.
- Help build a collaborative, high-performance sales culture across both office locations.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 10+ years of insurance sales experience with significant Property & Casualty experience
- Verifiable track record of recruiting, developing, and leading successful insurance sales teams.
- Proven ability to generate new business while leading a sales team
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience creating structured sales processes and driving accountability
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Farragut, Tennessee
