Sales Manager - Roofing Sales
Job Description
MNRC is seeking a senior sales leader to helm its Wisconsin roofing sales operation from the field. This onsite role in Madison centers on building and scaling a high-performing team with a focus on storm restoration and insurance-based sales, offering earnings potential up to 250k. The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach reps to win, and drive sustained growth across the branch.

Responsibilities
- Source, hire, and develop top roofing sales representatives
- Coach reps on canvassing, inspections, insurance claim processes, supplements, and closing techniques
- Lead ride-alongs, field coaching, and one-on-one performance development
- Establish accountability around KPIs, sales activity, inspections, closes, and production quality
- Foster a competitive, team-first culture focused on growth and results
- Drive the branch to meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Lead and participate in door-to-door sales efforts and storm-response initiatives
- Support reps in closing deals, addressing objections, and navigating insurance claim conversations
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor profitability, production timelines, and branch performance metrics
- Embody a hands-on leadership approach, getting in the field and helping reps win
Requirements
- Proven producer and leader with expertise in storm restoration, insurance-based roofing sales, canvassing leadership, sales-process accountability, and building a winning field culture
- Previous success in roofing or restoration sales
- Ability to motivate and retain top sales talent
- Clear understanding of the urgency and opportunities in storm restoration
- Capability to create structure, accountability, and momentum within a growing branch
- Experience in roofing, restoration, or exterior construction sales leadership
- Background managing canvassing or outside sales teams
- Strong knowledge of insurance restoration sales
- Track record of recruiting and developing successful sales reps
- Experience guiding branch growth, sales KPIs, and revenue goals
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
