Senior Enterprise Business Development Executive – Strategic Accounts
Job Description
Pulse Supply Chain Solutions Inc is hiring a Senior Enterprise Business Development Executive to drive strategic new business across Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise organizations. Based in Dallas, TX and working onsite, this role is centered on building C-level connections, opening complex enterprise opportunities, and advancing long-term recurring programs in ITAD and asset recovery.
In this position, you will lead enterprise pursuits end to end, cultivate relationships across multiple departments, and help shape the go-to-market approach through planning, forecasting, and competitive positioning. The focus is on measurable growth, accurate pipeline management in CRM, and commercial execution through master service agreements and enterprise terms.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise and strategic accounts tied to recurring ITAD and asset recovery opportunities.
- Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and leaders across Infrastructure, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Data Centers.
- Negotiate enterprise agreements, master service agreements, and strategic commercial terms.
- Own complex enterprise pursuits from strategy through contract execution.
- Create account penetration plans and multi-year growth strategies.
- Grow relationships through OEM, VAR, MSP, systems integrator, and channel partnerships.
- Support go-to-market strategy, forecasting, competitive positioning, and sales planning.
- Represent Pulse at executive conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Mentor Business Development Executives and support strategic pursuits when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and executive account plans in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed strategic pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives.
- Provide accurate forecasts and executive pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise business development or strategic sales experience.
- Proven success winning Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling enterprise IT services, managed services, ITAD, infrastructure, logistics, or asset lifecycle solutions.
- Ability to develop executive relationships and sell through consultative engagement.
- Strategic account planning skills, strong negotiation capability, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- Experience using enterprise sales methodologies and CRM platforms.
- Working understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data centers, ITAD, and asset lifecycle management.
- Executive presence with a strategic mindset, paired with a competitive, long-term value focus.

Pay & Benefits
- $110,000 - $120,000 per year base salary.
