Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
Senior Sales Manager at Hilton in Chicago, IL (onsite), with a salary range of USD 85,000 - 110,000 per year, responsible for generating and managing group sales, building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading end-to-end sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new group sales opportunities through targeted outreach and data mining, converting prospects to exceed lead-generation targets.
- Serve as the primary liaison for designated market segments, nurturing current accounts and cultivating new ones to increase room revenue and profitability.
- Assess hotel performance and market dynamics to craft and implement strategic plans and marketing programs that drive demand and hit sales targets.
- Develop proposals, coordinate site visits, negotiate terms, and close contracts aligned with client requirements to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate room, food and beverage, and meeting space requirements; ensure accurate, timely entry of accounts and reservations in the hotel's sales management system.
- Lead and coach the sales team, monitor performance, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
