Job Description

This senior regional sales leadership role oversees multiple PEO sales districts for Paychex, driving quota attainment and the execution of corporate sales plans across regions. The position is based onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

Role Summary

The Senior Regional Sales Manager for PEO leads regional sales efforts across districts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and steering growth in PEO solutions across geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the achievement of corporate objectives for each product line within defined geographies, operating within approved financial targets.
  • Directs and monitors district sales operations to ensure adherence to corporate sales plans and programs; reviews performance against forecasts and applies corrective actions as needed.
  • Develops and oversees ongoing training for district sales managers in sales leadership and management skills to support future career growth.
  • Leads recruitment and staffing of district sales managers to maintain full staffing; assesses and recommends personnel actions such as promotions, salary adjustments, or terminations.
  • Fosters open communication across organizational levels to sustain positive working relationships and productivity.
  • Designs and maintains strategies to grow the client base and administers sales and client incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience in a second-level sales management role.
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing or sales.
