B2B Sales Manager

Join Ambee21 as a B2B Sales Manager in Vacaville, CA (onsite) and help a growing wholesale business expand its reach with larger buyers. This role blends account ownership, quote and order coordination, and hands-on support of commission sales reps, with pay that includes $25 per hour plus commission and a 90-day performance review.

You will focus on winning and growing wholesale B2B relationships across segments such as hospitality, furniture retailers, property managers, and similar buyers. You will also stay close to execution, coordinating order status and delivery while tracking progress through weekly reporting.

What you’ll do

• Find, pitch, and close larger B2B accounts by reaching out, presenting offerings, and converting new business
• Manage and support commission sales reps with follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and regular account check-ins
• Own relationships with top accounts and work to increase monthly orders
• Prepare quotes and pricing, and coordinate with the team on order status and delivery
• Report weekly on new leads, accounts won, and revenue

What you bring

• Comfortable with cold-calling and closing as part of a consistent outreach process
• Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills to manage accounts and timelines
• Comfort working with CRM tools, QuickBooks or similar software, and Google Workspace or MS Office
• Reliable transportation for occasional client visits
• Minimum 2 years of experience
