Job Description
Vitaly Clinical Research invites a results-driven Business Development and Feasibility Lead to join on-site in Miami, FL. This role centers on acquiring and qualifying studies by pursuing CROs and sponsors, managing a rigorous feasibility pipeline, and leveraging clinic patient data to forecast enrollment. You will own the end-to-end study acquisition process and help scale our network.

Responsibilities
- Win studies by raising our site profile with CROs and sponsors, respond promptly to feasibility questionnaires, and convert inquiries into awarded trials
- Operate the pipeline relentlessly to ensure no opportunity slips away by tracking open and upcoming studies, applying to all that fit, and following up consistently
- Build durable relationships as the go-to contact for CRO site-selection teams and sponsor clinical-ops personnel
- Leverage our data advantage by turning clinic records into realistic enrollment projections that persuade sponsors to choose us
- Advance deals through CDAs, budgets, and contract negotiations toward finalization
Requirements
- 2+ years in business development, sales, account management, or clinical research operations
- Exceptional organization and follow-through, capable of managing a pipeline with many opportunities without dropping any
- Strong written English for professional outreach to CROs and sponsors
- Clinical research / CRO / site experience is a major plus; if you are a proven closer eager to learn the industry, we will teach you the rest
