About the role
As a Senior Cloud Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth for the Cloud Unit across cloud, data, and infrastructure services with a emphasis on AI-driven modernization. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, advise CIOs and CTOs, and work cross-functionally to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by leading end-to-end sales cycles to win new business and expand existing accounts across core service areas:
- Service Desk & End User Computing: AI-powered service desk solutions and modern workplace environments
- Messaging & Collaboration: adoption of next-generation enterprise communication tools and Everyday AI using CoPilot, Gemini Enterprise, Claude, etc
- Data Center Operations & Transformation: modernization and AIOps-driven management for enterprise data centers
- Network Operations & Transformation: intelligent, self-healing networking solutions including SD-WAN and AI-driven networking
- Cloud Operations, Transformation & Modernization: cloud adoption, refactoring, and AI-enabled cloud management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Migration: leading secure transitions of complex enterprise data architectures to modern cloud environments
- AI-centric go-to-market strategy: serve as a subject matter expert on how AI, AIOps, generative AI, and ML-driven automation enhance service delivery and outcomes
- Pipeline management: build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets
- Client advisory: translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI for CIOs and CTOs
- Cross-functional collaboration: partner with solutions architects, delivery teams, and marketing to craft compelling proposals and ensure successful transitions
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management within IT infrastructure, cloud services, or managed services
- AI expertise is essential: demonstrated experience selling or implementing AI-integrated IT solutions and articulating how AI optimizes service delivery, predictive maintenance, and IT operations
- Strong domain knowledge of cloud platforms, data center architectures, network transformations, and end-user computing technologies
- Track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas and closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
