Job Description
KTEN seeks a Digital/Local Sales Manager to guide its multiplatform sales team and grow broadcast and digital revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local sales team and oversee all sales activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the sales organization
- Recruit, train and motivate local Account Executives
- Define performance expectations for Account Executives across television and digital goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and regional advertising agencies
- Coordinate effectively with other managers and supervisors
- Accelerate new business development by bundling broadcast and digital platforms, including CTV, programmatic display, and targeted video
- Manage television inventory and digital pricing strategies to maximize revenue yield
- Oversee accounts receivable, credit policies and pacing/fulfillment of digital campaigns
- Review and resolve preemptions on a daily basis
- Forecast broadcast and digital sales revenue accurately
- Lead weekly sales meetings and provide specialized digital sales training
Requirements
- Must be willing to work in Denison, Texas
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including streaming media and audience targeting
- Minimum 5 years of broadcast media sales or digital marketing experience
- Clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Experience with Wide Orbit, Nielsen/Comscore and digital dashboards preferred

Compensation
Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year
