Electrical Business Development Leader

World Wide Stereo, based in Montgomeryville, PA, is seeking an Electrical Business Development Leader to expand the electrical services division by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships. This onsite role offers a compensation package up to $90,000 per year and a benefits program that supports professional growth and stability. You will lead cross-functional efforts across sales, operations, and installation to deliver tailored electrical solutions for residential, commercial, and custom integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new electrical service opportunities across residential, commercial, and custom integration projects
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and clients
• Generate and manage a pipeline of work to support long-term growth
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategies for expanding the electrical division
• Perform and oversee electrical installations, upgrades, and service work
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required
• Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices as the team grows
• Estimate jobs, prepare proposals, and manage project timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, installation) to ensure seamless delivery
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Demonstrated ability or strong interest in business development and client acquisition
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Experience estimating projects and managing job costs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
