The Healthcare Business Development Consultant role at Harvard Partners Health focuses on expanding staffing accounts across outpatient clinics, rehabilitation facilities, surgery centers, specialty practices, dental offices, and private-pay health services. You will grow new business by prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to placement and ongoing account growth. The position is based in Seattle, Washington with remote work options and offers a salary range of USD 120,000 to 850,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Travel approximately 50 percent to prospect and win new healthcare clients.
- Visit, email, network, and generate new staffing agreements with healthcare providers.
- Source and place clinical talent into assigned accounts to meet staffing needs.
- Oversee the full cycle from client acquisition through recruiting, placement, and ongoing account growth.
Requirements
- Experience in staffing sales, agency recruiting, healthcare sales, medical device or pharmaceutical sales, or B2B business development.
- Comfort with outbound outreach, cold calling, and building an independent sales pipeline.
- Thrives in a commission-based, entrepreneurial environment.
