Job Description
KAI USA Ltd invites applications for a Regional Sales Manager role covering the Western Region. This hybrid position, based in Tualatin, Oregon, offers a salary of USD 125,000 to 130,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
- Own sales performance for the Razor and Beauty Tools product line across Western Region channels, including wholesale and e-commerce.
- Build territory and account plans to drive growth and meet budget objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers to secure placement and expand assortment across mass merchants, Amazon, regional grocery, and other outlets.
- Prospect and develop new accounts across channels; identify under-penetrated accounts and implement growth plans.
- Partner with brokers to ensure orders are placed, products are received, and accounts continue to grow.
- Develop pricing and inventory strategies to meet or exceed forecast and budget targets.
- Establish monthly and annual revenue budgets and build sales plans to achieve them.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, IT, Accounting, and other internal partners.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of related consumer product sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strategic, proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to lead change, innovate, and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and shifting requests effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% (more as needed) and work weekends as duties require.
