Sales Development Representative
Job Description
At Ultimate Construction Staffing, part of Ultimate LLC, this Sales Development Representative role sits at the Kansas City headquarters in Overland Park. The position centers on bringing in new clients, building three core markets, and traveling to assigned cities as needed. You’ll enter with Day-One training and join a team that blends competitive drive with a collaborative, performance-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and expand relationships with subcontractors and decision-makers
- Develop new markets across three assigned major cities
- Conduct market research and visit active job sites
- Attend networking events and represent the brand professionally
- Track activity, pipeline, and growth opportunities in the CRM
- Report on performance and consistently look for ways to win more business
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel

- OTE Year One: $85K–$100K
- $25K year-end bonus (must qualify)
- Multiple reps in this position make $500K+
- Year Two earnings: $140K+
