Job Description

Based onsite in Miami Beach, this Sales Manager role at Hilton centers on growing new business, strengthening client relationships, and guiding a strategic sales approach that elevates revenue. You will oversee end-to-end sales cycles, coordinate bookings, and mentor a team to maximize profitability across market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities to drive group sales and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and profitability.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to craft business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts aligned with client needs while maximizing revenue.
  • Manage booking details: coordinate room, food and beverage, and meeting space requirements, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information in the sales management system.
  • Inspire and develop the team: supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
