Job Description

Join Hilton in Seattle as a Senior Sales Manager on site, leading the hotel’s group sales efforts and guiding the full sales cycle from first contact to fulfillment. You’ll craft strategic plans to hit revenue and room-night targets, steer a high-performing team, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences. Salary ranges from USD 87,000 to 93,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the hotel to prospective clients as the primary point of contact for group rooms, meeting space, and food and beverage services.
  • Drive new business by responding to inquiries, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and proactively pursuing potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including site visits, client entertainment, proposal preparation, rate setting, contract negotiations, and ongoing account fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and room-night goals, adapting strategies based on performance and market conditions.
  • Analyze sales performance, review lost business, and identify opportunities to strengthen conversion and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Inspire and develop the sales team through supervision, coaching, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
