Job Description

Senior Sales Manager in Dallas, TX (onsite) at Hilton Anatole drives group business (301+ peak room nights) across Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Insurance, and Medical Device verticals, while leading a high-performing sales team and coordinating cross-departmental efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for prospective clients seeking group room blocks, meeting space, and catering services.
  • Respond to inquiries, proactively reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and solicit business from potential clients.
  • Perform site visits, host client entertaining, draft proposals, set rates, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts through fulfillment.
  • Develop and deploy strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue and room-night targets, adjusting tactics based on performance and market trends.
  • Review performance data and lost-business reports to identify opportunities to improve conversion and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill contracted services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
