Position Details

  • Location: Conway, AR (hybrid)
  • Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 per year
  • Experience: 7+ years required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Work Environment: Remote / Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial accounts. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative and solution-based selling. Expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional fabrication and value-added services.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical reviews, and project discussions to understand customer requirements. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align customer expectations with manufacturing capabilities. Support quoting activities, pricing discussions, and project feasibility evaluations. Assist customers with technical questions related to fabrication processes, materials, and production capabilities.
  • Leverage understanding of tube fabrication, welding, machining, cutting, and value-added manufacturing processes to support customer solutions. Review customer drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure alignment with production capabilities. Support project coordination efforts between sales, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Support and mentor sales representatives and business development initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and account activity tracking. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities. Participate in strategic planning discussions related to pricing, contracts, and commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, scheduling, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. Support resolution of customer concerns, production challenges, or project delays when necessary. Help drive continuous improvement in customer communication and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of industrial sales, manufacturing sales, fabrication sales, or value-added processing experience
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes including tube processing, welding, machining, and cutting
  • Track record: Proven success developing new business and managing complex customer relationships
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Capabilities: Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings/specifications preferred
  • Tools: Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
  • Org/PM: Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Travel: Ability to travel to customer and manufacturing sites as required

  • Experience supporting fabrication projects from concept through production
