Job Description

Join E & G Real Estate Services as a Licensed Business Development Manager and help scale the single-family property management practice across the Phoenix metro area. This Tempe-based, hybrid role offers a salary of $65,000 to $90,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative culture rooted in client success, professional growth, and teamwork. An active Arizona real estate license is required by start date.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new property management business throughout the Phoenix Metro area
  • Build relationships with rental property owners, real estate investors, referring realtors, and other referral partners
  • Develop and maintain lead pipelines using CRM and outreach strategies
  • Conduct consultations with prospective property management clients
  • Present E & G’s property management, leasing, and real estate services
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed management agreements
  • Attend networking events, investor meetups, brokerage events, and industry functions
  • Coordinate onboarding and transition of new management accounts
  • Conduct rental market analyses and property evaluations using MLS and third-party platforms
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio acquisitions and strategic growth partnerships
  • Collaborate with leasing, operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support company growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Active book of business or 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate portfolio management and sales/business development
  • Experience generating new business and closing sales
  • Knowledge of residential rental markets in the Phoenix Metro area
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and property management software
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Location and Schedule

Tempe, Arizona. Hybrid schedule available after successful completion of training period. Local travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area is required.
