Outside Sales Manager
Job Description
Brightside Windows seeks an Outside Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performance residential canvassing program in the Ogden market, driving D2D sales, coaching field reps, and scaling growth.
Responsibilities
- Establish and mentor a high-performing residential canvassing team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard motivated sales representatives
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve performance and closing rates
- Track KPIs and enforce accountability for results
- Foster a competitive, disciplined, winning sales culture
- Collaborate with ownership to grow and scale the Ogden market
Requirements
- Proven door-to-door sales experience, required
- Sales management or team leadership experience, required
- Strong residential or in-home sales closing background
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop salespeople
- Competitive mindset with strong self-discipline and accountability
- Growth-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
