Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth and pipeline development across the Central U.S., with a primary focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth market in Texas while operating remotely. The role centers on building relationships and influencing product specifications through distributors, architectural and engineering firms, general contractors, EPC firms, and security integrators.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the regional sales forecast, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Develop, manage, and close a robust pipeline of project opportunities.
  • Target and expand relationships with vertical and mega customers in data centers, energy, arenas and stadiums, and transportation sectors.
  • Establish and grow distributor partnerships through regular engagement and product training.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, EPC firms, and high-security fence contractors to advance project outcomes.
  • Position yourself as a trusted partner across the full project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular meetings with architectural and engineering firms to review plans and specifications.
  • Deliver Lunch & Learn sessions to influence product specifications.
  • Ensure GGT solutions are specified into project designs.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of regional sales experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or security-related industries.
  • Proven success in specification-driven, project-based sales environments.
  • Experience selling engineered solutions with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • A strong background in structural or civil engineering is preferred.
  • Established relationships with distributors and contractor networks.
  • Experience working with A/E firms, general contractors (GCs), EPC firms, and specialty contractors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent territory planning and time management discipline.
  • Willingness to travel 25%–50% throughout the Central region.
