Join Implicity as a Senior Regional Sales Manager or Director and lead revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success for our cardiac remote patient monitoring platform in a dedicated US region. This remote-friendly role emphasizes impact, collaboration, and steady professional growth, with ownership of the full commercial lifecycle from initial prospecting to long-term account expansion. You’ll work with a cross-functional team spanning data science, engineering, clinical affairs, regulatory, IT, sales, and customer success. Implicity serves more than 100,000 patients worldwide across 250+ hospitals, and our U.S. expansion offers an opportunity to elevate care delivery for clinicians and patients alike.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the regional sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
- Build, develop, and close new hospital and clinic accounts in electrophysiology and cardiology.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to demonstrations, proposals, contracting, and close.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs, workflow gaps, and operational challenges to position Implicity as a long-term partner.
- Present value-based proposals that align clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Partner with Customer Success before and after the sale to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support deal execution and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans informed by pipeline and performance data.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine territory strategy and resource allocation.
- Represent the company professionally at conferences, symposia, and industry events.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members; mentor junior or contracted resources.
- Contribute to territory design, channel strategy, and go-to-market models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum five years of medical device or digital health sales experience; cardiology is preferred.
- Experience selling into hospital systems and collaborating with complex clinical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of remote cardiac monitoring, reimbursement pathways, and SaaS-based healthcare solutions is highly preferred.
- Consultative, outcomes-driven sales mindset.
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High integrity, accountability, and a customer-first orientation.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and modern productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (~25–75%).

Recruitment Process
- Discovery call with the VP of US Sales via G Meet (45 minutes).
- HR screen with the Recruitment team via G Meet (30 minutes).
- Business assessment interview with the Sales team (1 hour) — remote.
- Meet the partner team with Customer Success — remote.
- Final interview with the CEO or COO (at least 1 hour).
- Reference and background checks.
- Offer extended.
General Information
Salary for this permanent role includes a base of $130,000 with variable compensation. Location is remote, with the territory including the Mid Atlantic states: Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Delaware. The role is suitable for candidates who are based in or around New York, NY with remote capabilities.
