Job Description

The Hybrid Sales Development Representative role at BAO, Inc involves outbound prospecting and qualifying meetings with executive-level buyers, partnering with field sales teams to build pipeline and earn uncapped commission.

Location

Location: Chelmsford, MA with hybrid work arrangements.

Compensation

Salary: USD 50,000 to 95,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior decision-makers at target accounts
  • Prospect into targeted accounts through high-volume outbound calling (150-200+ calls per day)
  • Open conversations with prospective clients and generate interest
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for field sales representatives
  • Collaborate closely with client sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
