The Sales Development Representative role at Wilshire Insure is a startup position in a tech driven insurtech brokerage focused on commercial auto insurance. No prior sales experience is required, and leads are provided to start your outreach.

- No pipeline to manage; the process is streamlined and direct.

- Make conversations on the phone; the objective is to determine if we can save the prospect money.
- If we achieve savings, the prospect signs.
- All calls follow the same structure and outcome.
- Leads are provided, targeted, with an approximate 32.7% connect rate.
- A provided script guides the conversation; no guesswork required.
Requirements
- Active P&C insurance license required; licensing is straightforward and most candidates are licensed within two weeks (18+).
- Strong phone presence and reliable follow-through.
- Self-motivated and performance-based role, not a salary position.
- No prior sales experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
