Job Description

This senior leadership role directs corporate dining sales for Infuse Hospitality, overseeing the full sales lifecycle from pipeline development to closing. The position is based onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a salary range of USD 130,000–150,000 per year and a minimum of five years of B2B sales experience supported by a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on corporate dining and workplace hospitality opportunities
  • Build Pipeline: Identify, engage, and convert new business through proactive outreach, networking, and industry presence
  • Lead Executive Sales: Direct discovery and solution conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Develop Solutions: Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to craft tailored proposals and pricing strategies
  • Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle through contract negotiation and execution
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of workplace dining trends, client expectations, and the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with operations, marketing, and leadership to support successful client onboarding
  • Manage Performance: Track pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity to meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate dining, food service, or hospitality
  • Proven success closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience selling to executive stakeholders in corporate environments
  • Strong financial, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
