Zenodro Homes is seeking an on-site Producing Resort Community Sales Manager to lead the sales function across multi-community developments in Clermont, Florida. This role centers on building and guiding a high-performing team, refining the end-to-end sales process, and driving growth within a premium, high-consideration real estate market. You will help shape and refine a disciplined sales engine, build and strengthen relationships, and influence the future trajectory of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team with clear goals, constructive coaching, and accountability that elevates performance rather than merely measuring it
- Shape and refine the sales process from first contact to closing and own it as the business evolves
- Personally prospect and close your own buyer relationships, including international clients and investor buyers who require consultative, high-trust selling
- Develop referral and partner relationships with realtors, brokers, and investor networks
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, and leadership to ensure the buyer experience reflects product quality
- Help shape the team as the company grows by hiring, developing, and retaining Lifestyle Consultants who represent Zenodro correctly
- Represent the brand with confidence in client meetings, community events, and market activity to keep Zenodro visible and credible
Requirements
- Sales experience in luxury or new home sales, vacation or resort real estate, or other high-consideration consultative environments
- A proven track record of improving team performance, not solely personal production
- Experience closing international buyers, particularly Latin American families, is advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required given our buyer base
- Existing network of realtors, brokers, or investor referral contacts that can be activated quickly
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required to transfer to Zenodro on start date)
- Emotional intelligence that builds trust across cultures, buyer types, and a team
