Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business opportunities within targeted markets including industrial, pharmaceutical, aerospace, biotech, advanced manufacturing, logistics, Hollywood and entertainment, event venues, and food processing.
- Prospect and build relationships with operations leaders, plant managers, procurement teams, and executive leadership.
- Conduct facility assessments and present customized uniform solutions from sizing to installing.
- Build strategic sales plans focused on long term growth and account development.
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistent CRM activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals and KPI expectations.
- Represent Republic Master Chefs professionally within the marketplace and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
- Current employment in uniform rental, facility services, or related service industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, or distribution environments preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- CRM experience and proficiency in Salesforce.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
