Responsibilities
- Lead consultative sales motions from prospecting through close to drive new business growth in the Youth Education sector
- Develop and nurture a robust pipeline by balancing self-generated opportunities with inbound leads to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Build trust with school administrators and program directors as a strategic advisor who identifies pain points and delivers tailored solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies and accelerate deal cycles
- Navigate complex buying environments by engaging multiple stakeholders from finance to IT to ensure solutions align with operational goals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline to provide clear visibility into impact on global growth objectives
- Own the end-to-end negotiation process to ensure contracts create long-term value for the client and Global Payments
Requirements
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience, specifically within SaaS or a consultative environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, showcasing expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder decision processes
- A proactive approach to business development with the ability to convert cold prospects into long-term partnerships
- Excellent discovery and communication skills, enabling you to quantify value and align technical solutions with client needs
- A high degree of accountability and a preference for an environment where impact is clear, measurable, and rewarded
- Experience in education or youth-serving markets to understand the unique challenges clients face
