The Specialist, Sales Development (Hybrid) position is based in Greenville, SC (hybrid) with Concentrix, offering an hourly USD 14 - 18 and requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver precise forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
- Develop deep product knowledge and technically assess client requirements to guide solutions.
- Proactively address customer concerns and obstacles that impede satisfaction or product usage.
- Navigate competitive pressures, handle objections, and work to retain existing customers or win new ones.
- Manage a high volume of outbound outreach via phone and email each day.
- Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure a professional experience for customers and prospects.
- Keep the CRM up to date to capture all relevant data.
- Participate in sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, voicing the customer perspective, and contract renewals.
- Report to and coordinate with a Sales Manager as part of the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
- Experience with high-volume outbound calling.
- Experience learning new technologies and data systems.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
- Ability or willingness to work from home.
- Comfort with fast-paced multi-tasking and adaptability.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
