Pharmacy Chiefs LLC is building and scaling a clinic network, and this hybrid role sits at the center of that growth through new commercial partnerships. The Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager will identify, negotiate, launch, and grow revenue-producing relationships that drive measurable clinic signups and performance, with an emphasis on outbound prospecting and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.
Based in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid), and with a work location of Hybrid remote in Canton, GA 30115, the position owns the full partnership lifecycle, from research and discovery calls to contract review support and post-launch optimization with internal teams.
What you’ll do
- Research companies, products, and services aligned with the clinic network.
- Identify founders, executives, channel leaders, and partnership decision-makers.
- Run consistent outbound calls and personalized email outreach.
- Present Pharmacy Chiefs’ customer reach, sales capabilities, and email-marketing infrastructure.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective partners.
- Create partnership proposals and negotiate terms including referral fees, wholesale margins, recurring revenue shares, and other commercial arrangements.
- Work with company ownership during contract review and final negotiations.
- Ensure partnerships include clear tracking, attribution, and customer-relationship protection.
- Coordinate partnership launches with email-marketing, operations, and sales teams.
- Collect approved assets such as marketing materials, pricing, signup links, FAQs, and training resources.
- Prepare campaign-ready handoffs for the email-marketing team.
- Train internal sales representatives on new opportunities when appropriate.
- Manage partner relationships after launch and improve performance over time.
- Monitor clinic signups, sales, revenue, and overall partnership performance.
- Expand successful partnerships and revise or discontinue underperforming programs.
- Maintain an accurate partnership pipeline in HubSpot, including entering every prospective partner and decision-maker.
- Log all calls and emails in HubSpot, document conversations and negotiations, and maintain accurate deal stages and projected launch dates.
- Schedule a next follow-up task for every active opportunity and keep partner records current.
- Provide leadership with visibility into daily activity and pipeline progress.

Performance expectations
- Consistently research and prospect new companies.
- Maintain daily outbound call and email activity.
- Generate 15–25 qualified decision-maker conversations per month.
- Advance 8–12 opportunities into proposal or active negotiation stages monthly.
- Secure 3–5 qualified strategic partnerships per month.
- Coordinate launch of approximately 2–3 partnerships per month.
- Ensure every active opportunity has a documented next step.
- Help new partnerships generate measurable clinic activity and revenue.
- Track that a partnership is not fully launched until commercial terms, tracking, marketing materials, clinic onboarding, and internal handoff are completed.
Salary and compensation
- $50,000 annual base salary.
- Uncapped performance-based commission tied directly to revenue generated from approved partnerships originated and successfully launched.
- Strong performers may earn $125,000–$150,000+ in total annual compensation as their partnership portfolio grows.
- Ongoing earning potential from each qualifying partnership for a defined period following commercial launch.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel sales, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling ability.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with founders, executives, and partnership leaders.
- Strong organizational and follow-up habits.
- Ability to discuss revenue models, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations and launch projects simultaneously.
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM platform.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent activity and accountability.
- Strong research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or company events.

Travel
